Introducing Favored Pets

Welcome to Favored Pets, a blog about pet rescues, adoptions and pet related items or products.

For almost twenty years now my husband and I have been blessed to be a part of pet rescues.  We have mothered back to health and released birds, ducks, turtles, but our efforts have mainly been directed toward cats or dogs.

As this site unfolds I’ll share with you some of my favorite personal pet rescue stories along with their adoptions, other articles or related pet stories and various products for pets or their owners.

My main focus for having this blog is that it helps people become more aware of the need for pet adoptions and the hard work that goes into the efforts of rescuing an animal.

All proceeds from the sales of any item go directly toward pet outreach and rescue shelters or pet foster home care.
